Great location, quiet street, canals, lovely view, spacious room.

All was perfect.

Conveniently located, quiet room with a beautiful Grand Canal view. Comfortable bed and spacious, clean accommodations. Exceptionally friendly staff, offering helpful advice and tasty breakfast delivered to the room. Surprising gift added a special touch to our stay.

The hotel is located right in the centre of the city, close to everything you need to do. It is close enough to main sites without feeling crowded. The staff were brilliant and went out of their way to make our stay nice. The breakfast included warm croissants and good strong cappuccino.

The room was very noisy with canal deliveries across the water, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

As party people, we loved the amazing location right in the heart of everything on the Grand Canal. The Rialto Bridge was just a 5-minute walk away and we could even see it from our window. There were loads of great restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops around. Our room overlooking the Grand Canal was absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean. We could even hear the gondoliers singing below our window.

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was central, within walking distance of everything and close to the Rialto bridge.

The hotel is located in a charming little alley, tucked away from the crowds but still in the center of everything. You can easily reach the hotel on the ground floor, making it very convenient. Plus, the rooms offer magnificent views of the grand canal, which adds a touch of magic to your stay. The breakfast served at this hotel is truly delightful, with a great assortment of delicious options to start your day off right.

One of the best aspects of the hotel was the fine views from our room. We could see the beautiful canal and watch the gondolas pass by. The staff was also helpful and provided us with all the necessary information and assistance.

No communal space and lack of accessibility information. One of the downsides of the hotel was the absence of a communal space where guests could relax and socialize.

The location was fantastic, with a fine view of the canal from our room window. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing all the comforts we needed. The staff, especially Stefano, were pretty good too ensure our satisfaction. One highlight was being able to use the washroom before check-in, greatly appreciated after a long journey. the convenient central location allowed us to easily explore the city and join the highly recommended free walking tour. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the slow Wi-Fi and AC, we had a wonderful experience overall. We'll definitely be recommending this hotel to others.
